Seven Kings entered the marina field in 1995 with its purchase of Frenchman's Marina, followed closely by the acquisition of Waterways Marina in 1996. The Company holds or manages a substantial portfolio of unique and valuable waterway properties and marinas throughout the State. Using proven management practices developed from many years of real estate management, Seven Kings has transformed Frenchman's Marina and Waterways Marina into two of the premier boating centers in South Florida. While continuing to develop these prestigious yacht destinations, Seven Kings had dedicated its full resources to expanding in the marina and boat-related business, by adding Gundlach Marina, Inlet Harbor Marina, Grand Harbor Marina and Harbor Islands Marina. With significant and major acquisition and development of the marina division, Seven Kings Holdings, Inc. is actively engaged in the international branding of its marina holdings.
Frenchman’s Marina, Seven Kings Holdings’ first marina property, received the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) first designation as a “Clean Marina.” Seven Kings Holdings has continued to expand its marina portfolio while focusing on the preservation of marinelife and the environment. Ranging from Vero Beach south to Miami Beach, the Marina Division continues to set the standard for service and convenience in the marina industry.
