Tyson Waters, ESQ
Tyson J. Waters, Esq. is the corporate counsel for Seven Kings Holdings, Inc. Mr. Waters is Florida Bar Board Certified in Real Estate and is AV Rated by Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings. Prior to joining Seven Kings Holdings in 2011, Mr. Waters was in private practice focusing in the areas of real estate, land use and development law. He is currently a member of the Martin County Board of Zoning Adjustments and previously served as the Chair of the Martin County Impact Fee Review Committee, President of the Real Property Council of Martin County, and is a past member of the Board of Directors for the St. Lucie County Chamber of Commerce, where he served as chair of the Governmental Affairs Committee.
Mr. Waters handles all legal and associated matters for the company and coordinates outside counsel representation, as such needs may arise. He actively participates in all types of issues affecting the company, ranging from leasing, acquisitions and sales, development approvals, collections, contracts, and a variety of business decisions. Mr. Waters works closely with other departments in the company on projects involving both legal and non-legal matters.
Mr. Waters is a graduate of The Florida State University (1996) and the University of Florida Levin College of Law, with honors (2000). He has been named as a Florida Legal Elite attorney (2011) and as a Rising Star (2009) in Florida Trend magazine.
